Total Body Workout
A typical class will feature deadlifts, deadrows, upright rows, squats, chest presses, clean and presses, tricep dips, overhead tricep extensions, tricep push-ups, bicep curls, plate curls, lunges, push-ups, overhead plate presses, rotator raises, crunches, hovers and of course, stretching at the end.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Each class starts with a warm-up full of freestyling, stretching and conditioning guaranteed to get your heart pounding. Then we move into choreography set to today‘s groove-worthy jams which combines old and new school Hip Hop and adds in a touch of Latin, African, Modern, Swing, House, or whatever else is blowin’ up the dance floors today. All of this is wrapped in a package that promises to challenge even the most seasoned vets while still allowing complete beginners to get a solid and fun introduction to dance.
This workout is a heart-pounding hybrid of Suspension Training exercises and jump rope conditioning intervals to build total body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Increase flexibility and challenge your core, all in just 60 minutes.
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
